The system will facilitate the online processing of permits for regional tourists through registered Bhutanese tour operators and TCB certified hotels. The facility is offered as an optional channel to process permits for visitors from the region and will be applicable for entry from Paro and Phuntsholing. Visitors who use this facility will be able to obtain their permit clearances and route permits ahead of their arrival in Bhutan similar to international tourists.

  3. Self Driving. Our self driving tour will show you an intimate insight into Bhutan's Buddhist culture and way of life complimented by the annual religious festival which is very colourful. The mountainous road are well maintained throughout Bhutan, reaches heights of 3000m and offers the most romantic sights of the Himalayan ranges, the rides are through various types of vegetation ranging from sub tropical to alpine vegetation, in the valleys passing through many villages of terraced rice fields and fairy tale rivers.

  4. Biking. There is no place on Earth that can match the mountain biking offered by such a unique location as Bhutan. Single lane highways with hardly any traffic offer terrific cycling experience in Bhutan. We offer three stages of cycling based on difficulty level. First stage includes highway blacktopped cycling from one city to another, east to west or vice versa.

Biking downhill hardly having to put any effort on our own can be done within Thimphu, Paro, Punakha and Haa. This is suitable for beginner and who wish to taste a bit of outdoor activities with maximum for 2 hours riding a day is graded as EASY.Second stage will be minimum 3 hours riding on blacktopped roads through one city to another and sightseeing on bikes. We provide backup transportation, refreshment and expert local biking guide.

Itinerary can be designed as per your interest, experience level and time available.Third stage biking will be maximum hours off-road biking, unpaved road, farm road, logging roads etc. This will give you most difficult level of biking experience on the Himalayan Kingdom. Every city will have at least three to four days in order to acclimatize, as we will be coving altitude between 1300mtrs to 3988mtrs. Itinerary can be customized as per your time, interest and experience. Do not wait for tomorrow, we take a year advance booking too. Just do let us know your interest, level of experience, time and places to be covered.

This is required In order to make our expert confortable to give you trail details, altitude, riding times and best designed itinerary. Please come back and visit often to see what is new and exciting for Mountain Biking on the site.

  5. Cycling. The rugged, mountainous landscape of Bhutan lends itself well to both on-road or off-road mountain biking and the sport is seeing increasing popularity among both visitors and Bhutanese alike. There are a variety of biking routes available ranging from smooth journeys on paved roads to challenging off-road dirt trails that wind through rough terrain. The sport offers a certain intimacy with the environment that is seldom experienced in vehicles. With better roads replacing the old and the increasing number of off-road roads, biking is now becoming a very unique and original way of seeing and interacting with the country, people and the Bhutanese environment

Most biking trips go through well paved roads while others trail on to dirt roads and trails. Traffic is still relatively very light and the experience very intimate. The more adventurous have the option of making side excursions for more “off-the-road” ventures if prefer. The trails accommodate most types of frames: including MTB, Hybrid, and Road, depending on your cycling style and experience. Biking trails mostly meander through small towns and villages and rural areas; it’s just you, your bike, the tour group and the agrarian and natural scenery.

There are also numerous opportunities for optional hikes with a bit of climbing thrown in. There are some challenging climbs with one in particular that is more than seven hours. You peddle the pads over two miles (3,400 meters) above sea level. Your effort is rewarded with a breathtaking view and an unforgettable experience. Riders should have an adequate level of fitness and stamina and be experienced enough in the art of mountain biking. Tours are fully supported by a van following riders. The van allows riders to rest should they require it. Many of the biking trails lead through small villages and temples which can provide interesting and informative diversions should you wish to take a break.

  6. Hotel standard. We have hotels from budget to standard, deluxe and luxury. All the hotels that we use are very clean and nice in their respective standards.

    (a) Bed and breakfast
    (b) Bed, breakfast & dinner
    (c) Bed, breakfast, lunch & dinner

  8. Duration of the trip. Duration of trip and places that you would like to cover within the prescribed dates so must important.
